Fall’s cooler weather paves the way for new and exciting experiences throughout Kissimmee. From new eateries and culinary showdowns to visiting an ice palace and coloring outside the lines, a Kissimmee vacation is sure to provide unforgettable memories.

Here’s a look at what’s to come this fall:

World Food Championships is the largest competition in food sport, where champions of previous events convene in Kissimmee, Florida, for a chance at winning the ultimate food crown and a share of $350,000. This family-friendly event takes place November 3-10 in downtown Celebration. The World Food Championships platform ranges from live-event integration and activations to a robust multimedia platform that serves culinary stars, home cooks, brands and destinations.

Looking to sip on something new? How about acres of beer from the world’s best brewers? Celebrate Beer Festival at Osceola Heritage Park, October 16-17, will attract brewers and beer lovers from all over the world to enjoy great beer, food, entertainment, seminars, shopping and professional lounging! 

Get your appetite ready because Epcot International Food & Wine Festival is here and they are serving up some new flavors. This year marks the 20th anniversary of the festival and celebrates by adding even more food, wine and interactive experiences. New this year, "The Chew," ABC's Emmy-Award winning lifestyle series, will film a few episodes from the festival and serve up food inspired by the co-hosts. Epcot International Food & Wine Festival runs until Nov. 16, 2015.

Walt Disney World Resort officially changed the name of Downtown Disney to Disney Springs, Drawing inspiration from Florida’s waterfront towns and natural beauty. Two highly anticipated restaurants are now open, Morimoto Asia, the pan-Asian restaurant from Japanese master Chef Masaharu Morimoto and Jock Lindsey’s Hangar Bar, an aviation-themed lounge based off the film “Indiana Jones”.

A distinctive style of dining is cooking up at Shubee’s Coastal Grill & Bar at CLC Regal Oaks. Inspired by beaches around the world, the restaurants “Coastal Cuisine” focuses on fresh Florida ingredients. Mouth-watering menu choices include, island pulled pork sandwich with grilled pineapple on a sweet Hawaiian roll and The Coastal’s signature dish of a full pound of mussels over linguini with a spicy lemongrass broth.

Magic Village Resort,
a unique, luxury, concierge-style community, continues development plans with an eye on opening this fall. Floor plans range from three to four bedrooms fully equipped with modern décor, a 24-hour clubhouse and a full-service restaurant, Villaggio, featuring a blend of Italian, Brazilian and American cuisine.

Westgate Resorts Town Center & Spa brings the latest in vacation luxuries to guests and owners. Make a splash at their all-new two-story waterpark behind Town Hall at the Town Center. The waterpark offers 39,000 square feet of fun and entertainment featuring a pirate ship with spray guns, multiple water slides, a relaxing lazy river, a kiddie play area and 16 private cabanas.

Reunion Resort has integrated FootGolf to the lineup of activities available. Played like traditional golf but with a soccer ball, FootGolf offers a unique and exciting way for guests to experience the undulating fairways of the award-winning Watson Course, a Tom Watson Signature Design.

Discover the magic of color at Crayola's unique family attraction Crayola Experience now open at The Florida Mall! The second of this iconic brand's two locations - the first is in Easton, Pa., the birthplace of Crayola crayons - the Central Florida factory offers 25 interactive stations, including a live-action show demonstrating how a crayon is made. Bigger, brighter and bolder than ever, the colorful adventures of Crayola Experience help kids and adults alike explore art and technology, express their creativity and experience color in a whole new way.

See Ma in her kerchief, Pa in his cap and more as the classic holiday poem, 'Twas the Night Before Christmas, is brought to life in two million pounds of hand-carved ice sculptures at this year’s Gaylord Palms ICE! This awe-inspiring experience will begin November 24, featuring the all-new Cirque Dreams Unwrapped. Guests will be dazzled by an array of seasonal characters brought to life in a dreamscape of imaginative costumes and creativity, while stunning feats of showmanship are unwrapped, performed on stage and in the air, leaving audiences on the edge of their seats.
